Here are some quick insights I pulled from Tableau that might help.
*Data from January 2025 through Today*
Total Leads 58
Total SOCs 17
Median Tenure of Cogir SOCs is *2 weeks* (this captures their lifetime of
their starts).
However if I look only at Cogir accounts that have generated 2+ SOCs, the
median is *3 weeks*.
Nikkei Senior Gardens by Cogir in California has a median client tenure of *14
weeks* (the highest of any Cogir acct).
