Hi Joseph

Thank you for all your hard work and for your patience this week.  I have
the consulting agreement we discussed ready for you.  It is set for a 90
day term which will give us time to get our arms around everything and plan
our path forward. I'll be sending it as well as our non-disclosure
agreement via PandaDoc shortly.  Please let me know if you have any
questions or concerns or would like to discuss.
