Here is the review we had prepared for Carolina when she asked the same question. *Further to our conversation in regards to matching our data with Clear Care, Zander and I have been looking into how to make the connection between Clear Care information and your 20/eight analytics dashboard information. * *As you know, the Clear Care system is designed to follow and document the communication with a client and not as a tracking platform for digital leads. When a prospect first calls, the client=E2=80=99s name and contact i= nfo is input into Clear Care by the case manager manually and is not necessarily the actual name and phone number of the call that came in, as identified in CallRail. That means, in it=E2=80=99s current state, it is almost impossibl= e to match the calls inputted into Clear Care with the calls captured by CallRail. * *However in looking for solutions, we see that there is a custom reports feature that can be sorted by date. If Clear Care can add additional fields for =E2=80=9Coriginal phone number of caller=E2=80=9D and =E2=80=9Coriginal= time of call=E2=80=9D that we can pull a custom report against, we are confident we will be able to connect the dots between Clear Care and the leads generated.* *We estimate that this will add an additional hour to our monthly review for matching, analysis and reporting (which is outside the scope or our current agreement). Your monthly fee would be adjusted by $85 dollars (our hourly rate for clients). If we find this additional element to our monthly monitoring takes less time than we estimate we will charge you accordingly. If you would like us to coordinate this project with Clear Care, we will bill this hourly for the time required.* We know that the Clear Care option is not an option, but maybe something from these notes can help you in establishing a system to connect leads with new clients.
