Simultaneously we will increase onboarding compliance and work to reduce our overall time to onboard new hires by creating a centralized and specialized onboarding function. This team will be comprised of the 4 recruiters listed below who have been selected to transition to new HR Compliance Specialist positions. Their current recruitment assignments are being transitioned to other members of the recruitment team this week while they begin training for their new roles.
