Please go through this presentation. The care model is implementable and is
aligned to our business structure. We have successfully accomplished this
model in Waterloo and is highly scalable across the Province of Ontario.
Happy to walk you through this presentation and/or answer any questions.

The success we have demonstrated is the only reason why the VP of Ontario
Health Team (akin to CLSC in Quebec) and the Director of Home and Community
Care, Barbara Blocki, are actively listening to us and advocating for us.
We have had successful meetings with various senior leaders of OHT and
HCCSS. We are now in a pre-qualification vendor status list with HCCSS.

Fun fact check: Just see how much business that we have generated under
Barbara Blocki and HCCSS or LHIN in Waterloo. This initiative can start
generating a minimum of 50 SoC/month  (>$250K/month) in each office in
Ontario by the end of Q3/23, if we qualify.
