Please see the below summary by region for clients in need of attention due to missing or incomplete mandatory documents in accordance with our onboarding process. Also below is a breakdown of the over $2k open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by region. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with a start month in Feb-Aug 2025 who account for $659.13 of these open balances. The deadline for September commissions is Friday October 10th, please reach out to Alejandro Aponte, and Jeannie Ortiz with any questions. ***Please note changes made after the updated report has been generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an updated report is generated.

*	Southeast Region currently has the largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 23.
*	Greater LA Region currently has the second largest open balance at $832.40 in total with $0.00 open for clients with start dates in Feb-Aug 2025

Please note that recent Google updates has changed how the file appears when you open it as a commentor. Once you open the Google Sheet you will need to click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the sheet to expand the menu. This will allow you to download the spreadsheet by going to File > Download > Excel (Snip included below for reference). You can also create a new temporary filter view for the Google Sheet which will allow you to adjust the filters on the Google Sheet using the icon that looks like a Google Sheet/Calculator.
