I have asked if he could provide me with when he issued the e-transfer and the amounts. He stated he would not do that as it is an issue on our end and that we have poor accounting management. He also states that if he has to get his accounting team involved it will cost an enormous amount of money to research all payments. He mentioned that we would have to reimburse him for all fees and that he would get his legal team involved. We are assuming this is a write-off. I would like to get your thoughts on this.
