Regional Directors,

You probably heard the rumors. They are all true! In 2024 we will be moving
to a Monthly MOR process.

   - FP&A will facilitate the process but we will need your help. It truly
   takes a village
   - We already started discussing MOR with subject matter experts for
   different topics who will provide inputs to the monthly presentations
   - Attached you will find more information about the MOR
   - During this call we will talk how this impacts you as Regional
   Directors and next steps
