This had to do with us releasing a new French pdf as we march towards integrating our Canadian locations. This addition was meant to only send French invoices if the customer has this preference on their profile, however, there was a systematic issue which caused 2,595 customers to receive their invoice in French. We have attached a list of impacted customers for reference. This has been fixed, all invoice pdfs have been updated to their correct language preference. We will be sending a mass email to affected customers to let them know their invoice will now show in English on the Versapay portal as well as provide our billing help desk contact information to assist customers with any questions they have right away. Please cascade this information down to your teams as you see fit.
