I know you spoke with Dee the other day regarding whe= ther or not we have the right to ask caregivers if they are vaccinated. O= bviously this is a concern as many of our clients have expressly insisted t= hat they will only accept caregivers who are. I called CNESST this morning (twice) and spoke to two separate agents who t= old me there currently is no law regarding this matter, either way. So no = law preventing us from asking and no law allowing us to ask. Certainly we = are not allowed to fire a caregiver because they choose not to be vaccinate= d, nor would we want to, but as the clients are also allowed to determine = who enters their own private home, it's kind of a gray area. Do you have any further definitive information on this matter to help clari= fy? Thanks so much.
