Dependent Life Insurance: The coverage for Spouse will increase to $20,000 and for Child to $10,000, up from the previous $10,000 and $5,00= 0 respectively. 2. Paramedical Services: We're increasing the coinsurance to 80%, with a maximum coverage limit of $400, up from $300. 3. Dental Visits: Enjoy more frequent dental visits every 6 months, compared to the current schedule of every 9 months. Additionally, we've made adjustments to the benefit deduction schedule and the employee/employer cost-sharing contributions: =E2=97=8F Benefit deductions will now be taken biweekly (26 pay period= s) instead of semi-monthly (twice a month). =E2=97=8F Employees will contribute 30% of the benefit cost. =E2=97=8F Caregivers in Manitoba will have benefit deductions initiate= d from June 1st onwards.
