The laptop I was sent (Lenovo ThinkPad) is completely unreliable and does not work. Every day I have issues with Chrome not responding when I want to attach a document (see below - this picture was taken on my phone as my laptop is still frozen).
I am also unable to attend meeting with my camera on as people are unable to hear me and my voice becomes glitchy.
I need something of higher performance to be able to properly do my job. I have included my regional manager in this email as well.
I do not wish to troubleshoot these issues, they are a functionality issue of the ThinkPad not my specific laptop (I have had similar issues on other company ThinkPads).
