I will update the letters and remove that piece.

The concern with delaying the RIFs is that these employees will not receive
letters and the rest of the teams will. The RIFs and offers need to align.

Since these changes are effective 8/29, letters need to be sent next week.

Below are the job aides for opening positions and requisitions in Workday
