We were supposed to change the method of payment as of Billing date: April 3rd (services March 27, 2023 to April 2nd 2023) So I'm not sure about the invoice dated March 27th but the following two invoices should have been charged via the new payment method. Maybe apologize for the error for the last two and ask how she would like us to charge. I don't know if her card can handle that much.
