Merit Review Slide Deck & Talking Points

Hi team,

Attached is the merit review process slide deck which includes leader
talking points on slide 4.

You are welcome to share the attached deck with your respective teams.

*Below is a recap of pertinent dates to keep in mind: *

   Effective Date: The merit increase will be effective July 29th.

   -

   Merit Amount Communication: The timeline for distributing the finalized
   merit amounts for communication to employees has been delayed. This delay
   is due to working through eligibility exceptions that arose during the
   review process, such as employees who had been initially excluded due to
   previous adjustments to minimum wage.

*Managers will receive finalized increase amounts by Friday, July 26th, and
   are to communicate them to their employees over the next few weeks. *

   Payroll Impact:
   -

      Employees paid weekly will see the increase reflected on the August
      9th paycheck.
      -

      Employees paid bi-weekly will see the increase on the August 16th
      paycheck.
