For the moment, Steve will be giving Ali and I a heads up of amounts that
have hit the bank so that he can consolidate with the payments run. Going
forward, we will need a way for Ali and I to easily see the deposits in the
bank. We can use credit card and ACH reports, but there are also e-transfer
payments and direct deposit payments that we need to apply to invoices.
I think easiest would be for me to be able to access the account to verify
deposits and then forward that info to Ali to apply. If that is possible, I
would need access to the account.

Steve went through hands-on training with Ali (Mavencare) yesterday for HCA
TO billing. Looks like Ali will be ready to do HCA TO billing as of next
week. He is all set up to run payments via Bambora and Converge.
I am wondering if I can get visibility on the TO RBC bank account to be
able to let Ali know when any direct deposit or e-transfer payments come
in, so that he can close out those invoices. If not, can we have someone
alert Ali or myself as to payments that come in?
