Per our last conversation research was needed to locate the previous documents regarding the monthly OT calculation vs having these locations setup to follow; other provinces set up in Clear Care OT calculated after 44 hours in week. It would be a simple configuration change for these locations in Clear Care to update OT. Currently Sam is still manually calculating the process but we are hoping to standardize and simplify the process. Currently we are only looking at 3 or 4 employees that may be impacted if we decide to make a change. We look forward to your guidance on the matter.
