I am reaching out to address a matter regarding Ms. Jacobs and the recent contract that included provisions for 15 vacation days. Ms. Jacobs has informed us that she did not sign this new contract as of yet. In order to ensure our records are accurate and up to date, could you kindly verify weather there is a signed copy of the contract on file for Ms. Jacobs? If a signed copy is available, we would greatly appreciate it if you could forward it to me for our records. Your prompt attention to this request is highly appreciated, and please do not hesitate to reach out, if you require any additional information or clarification. Thank you for your cooperation. She is saying, her original contract with TheKey stated she had 4 weeks vacation (8%). She then went on leave for 6 months and during that time, a new contract was sent saying all employees of her status were given 3 weeks vacation (6%). She is saying she never signed this contract. I don't have access to any contracts signed on her behalf to verify any of this information. Hoping they may be stored in WorkDay or perhaps Tim Thomas has them?
