I tested it again with my personal email and it works just fine as you have demonstrated in the video. I have attached an example from the last client's daughter who had trouble filling these out. She is Harvard educated so perhaps it is not as intuitive as it needs to be. Definitely not your fault, as I know you are working with the documents you were provided. In my other markets, there are separate EFT and credit card docs and we never have an issue. Looking forward to having standardized Canadian documents from which to work. Thanks again for your help. It will just require a little more "hand holding" for our Vancouver clients who are filling out these forms.
