Each state folder has subfolders which contain requirements per the specific state regulations and TheKey standards. The subfolders are: Caregiver File Requirements, Caregiver Hiring-Onboarding requirements, Client File Requirements, Regulatory License(s), Business License(s), Policies and Procedures Manual (if created, some are still being done and will be added when completed) and any Surveys/POCs.
