--000000000000175f60061d0f38da Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Last week, while sitting in the conference room at our San Antonio office, my eyes were immediately drawn to a sign tucked away on a shelf in the corner that read, "We rise by lifting others." This sign may not be present in all our offices, but the sentiment it conveys is undeniably felt as I meet with employees throughout the organization. I am continually humbled by the passion and care you display for each other, clients and their families every day. That care for others has shown through over the past few weeks as leaders have taken time to complete the merit evaluation process for eligible employees. So many wonderful stories have been shared during this process of how our team is collectively living TheKey Principles of Excellence, Client Focus, Integrity and Partnership. This is at the heart of what makes TheKey so special, and differentiates us as an organization. A few key reminders on the merit timeline: - Effective Date: The merit increase will be effective July 29th. - Merit Amount Communication: The timeline for distributing the finalized merit amounts for communication to employees has been delayed. This delay is due to working through eligibility exceptions that arose during the review process, such as employees who had been initially excluded due to previous adjustments to minimum wage. Managers will receive finalized increase amounts by Friday, July 26th and communicate them to their employees over the next few weeks. - Payroll Impact: - Employees paid weekly will see the increase reflected on the August 9th paycheck. - Employees paid biweekly will see the increase on the August 16th paycheck.
