It was a bit of a rough start with some caregivers falling asleep in their overnight shifts, some changeover due to the clients heavy smoking and generally learning how to care for her as she was resistant. In the first few months we worked diligently to get the right care team in place. It took time to rebuild the trust lost from the sleeping and a few no shows due to miscommunication when the app failed. We had cameras installed, suggested a baby monitor and put in a check in process to ensure our staff were arriving on time for their late night start. Her primary caregiver Mary worked hard to earn June=E2=80=99s trust and she= has flourished under her care. She is able to bath June and dress her each morning, tasks unheard of before Mary. We have continued to care for June and work with the family who most recently told us we such a huge part of June=E2=80=99s care team and a trus= ted partner for life. Hope this helps.
