Do you think this person lives in Upper Arlington and they are trying to get close to their home? Most of these listings are extremely high-end, in brand new retail areas, and most are well in excess of the $20 per sf requirement. The first one on the list is $40 per sf after CAM. The second listing is $31 per sf. Number 6 is coworking space (shared with other businesses). In this same complex as the co-working space, a full-time space is $40 per sf. I think perhaps the person on the email doesn=E2=80=99t understand that CAM fees get tacked on top and they range f= rom $10-$13 per sf. Is it ok to go to these listings knowing the price is out of the original range?
