Hi Daniel,
I’ve attached a file showing our 2024 rent payments to Michael Dennis. I show us having a credit of ($24,641.72) as of July 31, 2024, which will be used up in November 2024. However, if he deposited a check in August 2024, then our credit balance will be extended to December 2024, and we will resume ACH payments starting January 2025.
Can you give us an estimated date for closing the checking account?
