My regular working schedule for the last 7 years has always been Friday 5pm-Monday 8am. Meaning: I do not work in the technical sense, Monday-Friday at all. It was agreed by Nukul and Adam upon accepting my position, that I would be paid 8 hours Stat pay for all holidays. The reasoning behind this is that if a holiday falls on a Sunday for example, I do not get the day off, nor do I receive additional holiday pay for having to work it since the holiday will then be recognized on the Monday. Unfortunately, Mavencare was very "new age" and a lot of communications were done via Slack, a platform that I no longer have access to, and also via slack calls. All of our documents and contracts were in BambooHR, again another resource I no longer have access to. I have gone through my emails and found what I can to show examples and confirmations. Arti D. was my payroll manager at Mavencare. You can see in one of the attachments, that she went back and reviewed my contract and spoke with Nukul to confirm the stat pay details. The other attachments are examples of how they worked out stat pay and how it works when I work on a stat holiday as well. So if I work, I get regular stat pay at 8 hours, and then I also get 1.5x pay for any hours worked. *The last attachments are those from Pablo giving me confirmation that none of my contract details regarding pay structure have been changed during the transition.* We also had a conversation on slack before I signed the new contract with HCA where I asked this same question and reconfirmed. Please let me know if I can be of any more assistance. I am hoping this is the final time that I will be having to explain this and suggesting a note be added onto my payroll file.
