In addition, as we are heading into the long weekend, please make sure all hires for this week are entered and updated *by end of day friday* to support operations at the local level. *Notifying Ambassadors of New Hires* In addition, moving forward, you will do the following steps to notify the Caregiver Ambassador *everytime a new hire is entered on the tracker.* Step 1: Right Click on the caregiver name and Select "Comment" from the menu Step 2: Type "@" plus the "caregiver ambassador" name Step 3: Check off the option to "Assign to" Step 4: Complete the step by clicking "Assign" The above process will notify the Ambassador everytime there is an activation from recruiters.
