Hi Kathryn,

We had an issue with a gentleman who inquired for services this weekend. He
was told that he would be receiving a follow-up email but this did not
happen. Furthermore, there was no mention of this inquiry during the Monday
handoff. Fortunately, he did call back today and we were able to book the
assessment for tomorrow. He mentioned Shyanne by name and was curious as to
why no information was provided as she had promised.

If you require any specifics, please let me know. Thank you for your help
with this matter.
