Hi Tim,

MPI does require us to fax them. Some adjusters will accept them by email but not all so it's easiest to just fax them all together. 

In terms of the other clients, I honestly think this is clerical error for most of them, or the right message is not being conveyed to new clients. I can't say for certain and you'd have to check with the care managers. I believe file invoice (80) doesn't need to be printed. The other file I couldn't say, but some don't even print out with addresses. I think a standard operating procedure for this aspect of the consult as well as the data entry would be of great benefit. 

This isn't the easy answer but hopefully it helps.
