My dad's pneumonia has resolved but unfortunately his cognitive decline means that we have to rethink his living condition. Could we hire essentially round the clock care for all basic needs including personal hygiene, getting up, walking with walker, bathroom, feeding, bathing, etc? We meet tomorrow with the hospital care team and will have his dossier then= . Could we set up a consultation asap? The hospital will want to transfer him soon out of the hospital and the apartment/care is not ready.
