We appreciate everyone's cooperation in making this a smooth process. Attached is the list of caregivers whose employment has been terminated. Please ensure that your office deactivates all of these individuals from CareAcademy. Thank you for your attention to this. Key Updates: - Regional leaders and General Managers have gained access to the "Caregivers Last Paid Shift" report in Tableau , guidance on how to filter/ download the report can be found by Clicking Here. - General Managers are empowered to manage their staff and enforce the 90-day inactivity policy at their locations. Details regarding this policy can be found on Page 42 of the caregiver handbook under 'Voluntary Resignation.' - HR will implement a monthly termination for applicable employees inactive for over 6 months (152 days), You will be notified in advance to review the "Caregivers Last Paid Shift" report before any terminations are processed. Effective August 21th at 8:00 AM EST : - HR will commence a monthly auditing process and will implement a termination event based on the "Caregivers Last Paid Shift" report available in Tableau. Action Required: - Please review the "Caregivers Last Paid Shift" report by August 20th at 8:00 PM EST/5:00 PM PST. - For individuals who have not been scheduled for a future shift and have not worked in 151 days as of August 19th, please ensure your offices complete the necessary state offboarding paperwork. - HR will handle all federal offboarding paperwork and send it directly to the offboarded caregivers.
