With HelpScout, we have access to everyone=E2=80=99s VM messages, so it=E2= =80=99s the responsibility of the after hours and weekend team to check there are no urgent messages left one someone=E2=80=99s VM. Is this the same with 8x8? This was the response from our TigerTel rep, =E2=80=9C *Unfortunately I don= =E2=80=99t have visibility into how the phone system is configured on your end. I would suggest reaching out to the person or team responsible for maintaining your phone system for confirmation on how the routing is configured.=E2=80=9D* Not sure who the best person to address this is. Any insight would be appreciated.
