Mrs Shupe is currently hospitalized and care is on hold. I will send you that summary when I have more information. MRS AMRIKIAN Mrs Amrkian suffers from Insuficiencia Renal Cronica and goes to dialysis 3x a week. The residence takes care of most of her care needs during the day. Care is only overnight and our staff have been having a very difficult time. She is very demanding and occasionally screams out in pain. We are there to take care of her but also to make sure that she does not bother the care floor of the residence. She often presses her lifeline to get their attention and can do this up to 10 times a night. We have to avoid her calling anyone including family members and remind her we are there. Sh= e needs help in the morning getting out of bed, If she doesn't want to get up its okay since the residence comes in as well. Main contact: Her nephew Harry, you can contact the residence coordinator as well. MRS GRILLI* FR/EN She recently had surgery on her spine to try to remove a tumor. They were not successful in getting it all and the client is now undergoing radiation to try to shrink what is left. She requires 24 hour care as she never knows when she will have a bad day or moment. For now she is not reducing but as she regains her strength she may start reducing hours. She is very particular about caregivers and knows exactly who she likes. She is 55. Her ex husband Vincent is the payor and he can be reached if the client is not avail Main contact: Her MR and Mrs WOLFE Mr and Mrs Wolfe have care 2 times a week to ensure their safety and assist with daily tasks. Kassie does the groceries and cooks for the couple. They don=E2=80=99t always eat the food but we are trying to encourage them to ta= ke the help. They will be moving into Westmount One beginning of April. Mr Wolfe was just diagnosed with Esophageal cancer and they are declining quickly. Mrs Wolfe has some cognitive issues that worsens due to some alcohol issues. They may cancel care once they move but they are not sure what they want yet. Daughter in law Risa is the main contact for emergencies. Call or email. MR ZIMBEL Mr Zimbel moved to Chateau Westmount after having live in care at home for a while. He broke his hip shortly after the move and has decreased mobility. He has care 4 afternoons a week and I keep in close contact with the family to let them know how he is doing. It is important for the caregivers to engage him and keep him stimulated. Main Contact: Daughter Jodi (Toronto) or Son Matt (Montreal). Call or email= .
