We are making an effort to reduce the amount of etransfer clients as we won't be able to offer this method once we make the transition to the new system. Etransfers as well are harder to manage and sometimes we are constantly following up with clients. Its best if we dont offer it as a payment method going forward but we can discuss further on how to tackle. If client is insisting they dont want to do PAD method then last resort we can offer etransfer.
