We sadly only had the client for a few days as both staff we assigned were not accepted by the client. They wanted Asian specifically which was the main issue as we didn't immediately have that. We were able to assign a Filipina caregiver by the 4th or 5th day but they said they weren't willing to move forward. I'm so sorry we were not able to retain this client but we have left things open for communication and have offered a shift for free with Elizabeth if and when they would allow us to get it right for them.
