NY is a combo since not all offices are on FRAX. MC has a 2 on call
positions and also has support with office staff. Long Island offices use
office team to support FRAX and they rotate 1 week at a time. Steps SS is
on every other week and we use a per diem to rotate the other week. CG
Ambassadors are not compensated for on call since they are salaried exempt
but SS are given a daily stipend plus paid OT for any actual work time.
