We = would like to run this refund through Bambora it is best if we can see = the debit and credit in the same account as well as the customer. If we = do this, it will refund directly into the account we originally pulled = from. We do not have the ability to refund to an email address. Once we = once we integrate into NetSuite/Versapay we will not have the ability to = refund to an email address so we don=E2=80=99t want clients to be = accustomed to this we will only be able to refund to the account we = originally drew the funds from.
