Whether it was crazy, chaotic and hard or fun, joyful and adventurous, I thank God. I know that I am *so* fortunate to celebrate life. Also, very grateful to get the opportunity to work alongside you! When I received my diagnosis of ER+, HER2+ cancer, I was told that I'm very unlucky and very lucky at the same time. Unlucky because it is a very aggressive form of breast cancer. Lucky, because just 5 years before my diagnosis, a targeted treatment was approved and outcomes went from bleak to very good. That was 3 1/2 years ago and today I live cancer free! (see attached video) I thank the Lord, I thank my family and friends for care and prayer and boy do I thank the researchers who found that treatment! That is why I am writing to you today. I am so grateful for the research that saved my life and I passionately request you join me to help continue funding this life-giving research. I'm asking you to consider joining Matt and I to help create more survivors by donating to the American Cancer Society for breast cancer research via "Real Leaders Wear Pink." Matt has chaired this in the past and we are clearly passionate about the cause. We are both wearing pink each day of October in honor of those who lost their lives to breast cancer and to raise awareness. Since my diagnosis, two of my aunts have gotten breast cancer and a couple of very close friends=E2=80=A6they have ALL survived. Thank you for continu= ing to pray for those facing cancer (all cancer) and considering a donation to create more chances for future generations of women to defeat cancer when it shows up. You can make a donation through our page at: mattandamyharris.acs.org . We really appreciate your support! Watch for posts and updates on my social media throughout the month and please pass along to others you think might be motivated to support this great cause. With deep gratitude, Amy (and Matt) Harris Amy Harris * Please note my email has changed: * aharris@thekey.com TheKey.com [image: TheKey] --00000000000065e29a0607158514 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable =C2=A0Hel= lo friends, Post breast cancer battle, I have a moment during everyday of m= y life that I thank the Lord for the ability to live it.
