Client is responsible = for full payment of Services for the first two (2) weeks of Services. After two (2) weeks of Services, Client is responsible for payment until all paperwork is submitted and approved by CLSC. Client is also responsible for payment of any Services received from Company above the CLSC authorized amount. In the event Client fails to complete required CLSC paperwork such that a caregiver is not timely paid by CLSC for four (4) consecutive weeks, Client agrees it shall be required to immediately pay Company=E2=80=99s invoice fo= r any balance owed to the caregiver.
