For the first 3 months caregiver margin ($) share, we will definitely just pay them out on wherever we land with the actuals. I.e., we will just run a ClearCare GPS for the tagged clients for the first 30 days and calculate Revenue - Wages (including OT). I'll let you run that report in ClearCare from 10/4-11/2 once the actuals are settled.
