Does it stay with the intake manager until pushed into clear care or does it change to the CSM? Not all assessments convert right away and most of the time Intake managers are the ones to send paperwork. Clients shouldn=E2=80=99t be pushed into Cl= ear Care until after we get paperwork. To avoid having to go back and forth it would seem logical to me that the opportunity stays with to the intake until it= =E2=80=99s in clear care and then becomes the =E2=80=9Cproperty=E2=80=9D of the CsM bu= t if there is a policy around this please let us know.
