For Private pay they are invoiced monthly and have due upon receipt terms.  We accept payment via check or we do process payments via credit card.

Ideally if we could transfer patients and staff over 4/1/25 that would work best as it’s the start of a month.

Yes, I've located the schedules.

A few more questions as the billing section of the spreadsheet wasn't filled out.

What are the payment terms of your private pay clients? Are they invoiced weekly? And what payment methods do you use?

Given your Billing / Payroll periods, could you offer up some effective dates for a clean takeover of the clients?

Yes, the nursing is all other caregiver salaries that tie to revenues. There would be some minor hours in there for required training.
