Congratulations, Ron Sniegocki! *Digital Version of the Balanced Care Method=E2=84=A2 Workbook* The BCM Workbook used for caregiver training and client care is now available as a digital version on the Employee Care Forms and Resources page of the Intranet under the Training and Tools section. It can also be viewed here . Through this link, the workbook can be accessed easily via phone or computer and reads like an electronic magazine. Introduce this during training for continued caregiver education on the five tenets of BCM to enhance the quality of life of our clients.
