These are typically opportunities that do not turn into actual clients. ( Just to give you an idea we have not had 1 client start from caring.com since 2022) We had 3 clients entered in as duplicates so not sure if that is being included in our numbers. We also had 2 Oasis leads that were entered prior to an assessment scheduled that were closed. Due to the high amount of leads we get from them we usually don't enter until an assessment is scheduled.
