VitalWatch is a 24/7 health monitoring service that combined with our homecare could be a great 1-2 punch when selling/differentiating our services from other home care providers. These services are 100% covered by Medicare so we are bringing to our clients (new and existing) basically a free service they can have that can greatly reduce extended hospital stays, catch UTI's fast, etc. by VitalWatch monitoring their vitals and reporting on any anomalies immediately before they get out of hand. All clients would get a wearable that easily tracks this real time. I am seeing this as a good referral partnership and a potential way to differentiate our services by offering this 24/7 monitoring at no extra cost to our client and goes well with our vision to "Change how the world lives and ages at Home" and our commitment to using Innovation to help achieve that. Christian Koerner is the owner and looking to partner with 2-3 home care agencies nationwide and given our scope and size, we could be a great fit if we deem it mutually beneficial. I have discussed this with Christian many times and he agrees and wants a chance to meet our leadership team and present his business model.
