If you would like to get ahead of future needs to onboard LPNs in other provinces, HR will need to review any changes you request to the job description I just provided, and confirm if there are any province-specific onboarding requirements for LPNs that don't exist for Caregivers. If the LPN Job Description is the same for all locations and there are no additional onboarding requirements needed, then we can have the LPN onboarding packets created and available in the next sprint (2 weeks). If there are changes to the description of onboarding requirements, then we need to involve the iCIMS vendor directly, so it is a minimum of 3 weeks to deliver.
