When asked about canceled commitments or sponsorships she did say that she showed up for 2 trainings and they didn't have any participants, by the time the participants arrived it was 35-40 mins late and she only presented for 15 mins due to other appointments, which they were not happy about. She also said that during employee appreciation she was scheduled to do the human slot machine experience, everyone was excited about this but she had to pivot to a different theme because she said that her supplies did not show up on time, CH was disappointed about this as well. She said that she never agreed to sponsor a table at the big fund raising event because 2 other homecare companies are involved. I do believe she is trying but I'm not sure that what she is doing is working, and with the amount of activities that she documents we aren't seeing the ROI. I am happy that you are able to spend more 1:1 time with her, Kevin. I personally would like to give it a little more time before we try to back fill to see if her time with you has an impact. I would like to discuss her PTO though, I don't think that being able to take 7-9 days a quarter is reasonable if you are not hitting the required numbers. She was out in Feb for 7 days and now again in June. I know that I don't have the final say, but if numbers for May are not accomplished I just don't think that amount of time should be approved.
