When asked why the client was not liking having him there we explained that the client has dementia and can have a difficult time processing having a new caregiver. At that time Jeremiah had asked Shyanne what dementia is because he has not heard of it. I am adding Shyanne to this email so that she can assist with this. It has not been brought to my attention that he would need to be spoken to for any reason in coaching. There are clients that would better suit with this caregiver so that is what Shyanne has been looking at.
