--089e011615a022d7a00528c31b3c Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Everyone, As an extension of our Referral Marketing focused training which began at the 2014 National Conference in San Diego and extended through 2015, we will be launching the HCA Business Development Network. This program will be designed to support the efforts of Business Development Managers. Requirements: All Members must be spending at least 50% of their time dedicated to referral marketing efforts. Prior to the first meeting, members will be required to have identified and qualified at least 15 of their Top 25 referral source targets. Application: To be considered for inclusion, interested individuals need to submit the following: - 2015 Results - Revenue from referral sources attributed to business development efforts - Active Referral Partners attributed to business development efforts - Target List - Top 25 Qualified Referral Source Targets (minimum of 15) - Activity Goals - 2016 Revenue Goals from referral marketing efforts The network will meet every other month by teleconference beginning in February. Each meeting will have a specific agenda and participants will be asked to complete pre-work and to actively participate. Please express your interest in participating or enrolling your Business Development Manager by sending an email to Michele Boehmer, Janine Calcote or Barbara Schuh by January 15th. Once we have completed enrollment, information will be sent to all participants regarding call times and pre -work.
