Please forward me any and all paperwork as it does not appear that they will negotiate without seeing this. Gerard From: Lisa Quesnelle Sent: Wednesday, August 2, 2023 2:09 PM To: gerard.draetta@thekey.com Subject: Re: Helen St. Pierre Good Afternoon Gerard, I appreciate receiving your email and your desire to settle this issue amicably, as I am inclined to do the same. However, as previously requested, prior to engaging in any further discussion, I require a copy of the contract that was executed prior to your company providing services. As I previously advised Ali, Ms. St. Pierre's financial advisor has requested a copy of the signed contract before he will consider releasing funds. To be clear, I am unable to negotiate terms that have not been previously agreed upon, nor can I understand the source of your purported $96,000 claim without the contract. Once I am in receipt of the contract, I will be in a better position for further discussions. Thanks, Lisa _____ From: gerard.draetta@thekey.com > Sent: Tuesday, August 1, 2023 1:50 PM To: Lisa Quesnelle > Subject: Helen St. Pierre Lisa, Good afternoon, my name is Gerard A. Draetta and I am the Collection Manger with TheKey. Ali Malik has brought me up to speed on the account of Helen St. Pierre and has provided me with your contact information. It is my understanding that you are in contact with the financial advisor for Ms. St. Pierre and can help expedite a resolution relating to the outstanding balance of approximately $96K. Our intentions have been and continue to be to resolve this matter amicably without the need for protracted litigation, any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. While we are willing to negotiate a lump sum settlement to consider this matter closed, the original offer of $30K is unreasonable considering the balance due. If Ms. St. Pierre is stuck on that number, please let me know so we can proceed on our side accordingly. If you believe there to be additional room for negotiations, please let me know that as well and we can continue our dialogue. I look forward to hearing from you, with time being of the essence.
