To: Emanjarrez@thekey.com Good Morning Elizabeth, I thought I would recap our conversation before our meeting today. As you know our school has been teaching and graduating health care aides since 2004. We have helped local, out of province and international students get licensed in BC as well as in the other provinces. Our teachers have also assisted our alumni in re licensing as a LPN or RN in Canada. In light of the coming needs of our homecare industry , we have developed our overseas satellite networks of educational and nursing school partners that deliver our training programs in their country. Our project will help to fulfill this personnel needs for our industry. Our partners are located, Bahamas, Barbados Jamaica , China , India and Vietnam. Our students in training are usually nurses, doctors or people with a health related professional background who have a desire to come to Canada and have a good command of English and French ( Vietnam). Our school have streamlined and centralized the process for our students in their applications to come to Canada to ensure privacy and enable joint support of our school in all applications. We would like to invite your company, The Key, to join us in finishing our final phase of this project , this hiring phase. It will be a one year exclusive pilot project. After which if satisfactory to both parties, we will work to towards a full across Canada centralized overseas hiring system for your company and our school=E2=80=99s alumni. We require your company to join us in our job forums ( Job Forum ), to interview, select and make job offers to our students. We feel this can provide your company with a good steady source of Quality hire. Once our students are here, and working for you , we can easily assist our alumni to get licensed anywhere in Canada. Our years of understanding in the licensing process in Canada will assist and make it less intimidating for our students, who are new in Canada. Many of whom will have challenges with new distractions and obligations to overcome. Organized short refresher lessons if needed , and streamlined paperwork requirements will be of great assistance to them to get licensed. This Job Forum will tentatively occur bi weekly or monthly and will be held virtually. We hope to be able to provide our students with job offer letters at the various Job Forum.
